Booking & Deposit

A deposit is required to confirm all new appointments. This amount will be charged immediately upon booking, with the remaining balance due on the day of your appointment. No separate consultation appointment is required before your first booking; a complimentary, personalized consultation is fully included within your session.

Cancellation & Late Policy

To reschedule or cancel your appointment, please contact the studio at least 72 hours (3 business days) before your scheduled date. Changes or cancellations made within 72 hours, or failure to show up, will result in the automatic forfeiture of your deposit.

We fully understand that navigating public transportation in an unfamiliar city can be challenging for our international clients. Therefore, if you anticipate being late, please send us a message via WhatsApp or LINE in advance. Communicating early allows us to manage our schedule without disrupting other clients. However, please note that if you are late by 30 minutes or more, your appointment may be automatically canceled. In this case, your deposit will be forfeited, and future re-bookings will not be permitted. We promise to deliver the highest quality of brow artistry for you, and we kindly ask that you respect our appointment times.

Existing Brow Tattoos

For optimal results, please minimize makeup around the eyebrow area and do not groom or pluck your eyebrows yourself for 3 days before your appointment—your artist will professionally handle the design and grooming on the day of your session. Additionally, absolutely no heavy drinking is allowed 1 day before the procedure, as alcohol increases bleeding and dilutes pigment. Please get plenty of sleep and avoid salty or heavy foods that cause facial swelling.

Pre-Care Instructions

If you have a prior brow tattoo or residual pigment from another artist, you must send clear photos of your eyebrows beforehand so we can evaluate them. A prior consultation is highly recommended to ensure a much higher quality and more satisfying result. Please note that when performing a cover-up, your artist may recommend a different technique than what you originally desired, and the overall design or color choices may be limited depending on the state of your existing residue. Furthermore, depending on the complexity and difficulty of the cover-up work, an additional fee may be applied to guarantee the highest level of satisfaction.

Aftercare Guidelines

The color may feel darker the day after the procedure, which is completely normal. From day 3 to 4, as the skin flakes off naturally, it will appear about 30% to 40% lighter. If the treated area becomes itchy with light flaking, do not peel or remove scabs artificially. On the day of the procedure, water must NOT touch your eyebrows at all. Please use cleansing tissues or a damp towel to gently wipe around the face, avoiding the brow area. Avoid swimming, intense exercise, and saunas for about a week, and apply the provided regenerating cream morning and night for 4 days in an extremely small, grain-sized amount using a cotton swab.
